"Mission Simplify"😄 I am going to tell you from personal experience that this is a plan to reduce headcount. This is the same program (under different names) corporations used to offshore jobs to India in the 90s. This time you will be helping to eliminate your fellow employees for A.I.
Just be aware that If you are involved, you are a corporate tool. The only award or recognition you will receive for your participation will be an email that says “Your job has also been eliminated”

@an layoffs are not over. The larger scale of involuntary layoffs have completed but now they will complete reorganization of multiple departments and we will have additional layoffs in November and December.
@at Unfortunately, they aren't. Sarah London reported that involuntary layoffs would make up 20% of those impacted. Individuals who took the VSP have layoffs until 2027. I would think that involuntary layoffs would continue to correspond with those dates.

It’s likely DSNP Caid agency contracts that sometimes require insurers to have certain services in state, staffed by local teams.
