Absolutely it’s bull$hit that nothing has been communicated to employees what is happening in London/chatham.

No wonder so many people are disengaged and disconnected!
@r2 the abusing wfh was, not coming in on mon/tues/Thurs.
Pretty sure Ont is the sole reason directors are in office everyday now
@q8 I’ve seen people abusing working in the office in wednesdays and Friday with arriving later, taking long lunches and spending lots of time chatting, etc.
Both slacking and productivity can happen at the office or at home. I would say it is personal specific than location specific.
Y'all should've come into the office instead of abusing wfh
@bv the Costco building is 3x the size of the london building, and that's without adding a second floor. They could easily consolidate everything from Chatham, London, Waterloo, and Brantford into that one building. Parking could be a problem, but fixable with a parking structure.
Fortunately/unfortunately, like everything Enbridge does - progress will be slow. I think you're looking at a 3 or 4 year timeline.
Radio silence on the move to Costco, other than it is for “London area” employees. Some transparency would be appreciated, they should know by now if it’s strictly for London employees or others from “areas”.
