Historically, we see org changes and layoffs in September/October. No one really knows but we are good at reading the signs. Anyone reading anything?

Big shake up in BOET coming! Good luck!
Please. I was a director in Austin and laid off (happily) in Oct of 2023. We’d been getting the badge logs for months even then. Nothing happens.
If it does now, great.
@2ae The badge logs have been sent to managers in Austin. If you have not been in the office 8 hours, 4 days a week, don't be surprised if you will be laid off for "unethical behavior".
Manager that do not act, will be laid off.
@2a2 hearing they will clean up in Austin. Most folks barely are giving 6hrs and show up 2 days a week
There is a larger layoff targeted for October. So that people can be taken off the books before YE. The stock market loves layoffs. And the current leadership only cares about the stock price. That is what is driving their bonuses, not employee morale.
@116 gibberish
@190 The best part is how they want them to control processes completely separate with no onshore help. I already have all the information I need to know how that will work out and will enjoy watching once I get my assets away from Schwab.
GCC is a disaster, just wait.
Need to layoff the “remote” workers. These people are not working, they are taking care of their kids in a free daycare at their homes
Just went through multiple reorgs. They haven't failed enough yet to warrant new ones.
Seeing more hiring than ever actually
Quarterly layoffs will continue until morale improves.
Luckily those are targeted to support restructuring and changes in resource allocation. Contrary to everything in this forum, the higher you are in the food chain the more you have to be worried of these small cuts.
The only others that need to be concern are those low performers who are add ons. You know who you are working 10-4 with a 2 hour lunch.
On to the next one in 4 weeks!
I think layoffs are pretty much done and wouldn't expect any more within the next few years. If anything, I think they'll be hiring a lot more people and we'll be a whole lot less swamped.
GCC gonna be ramping up
