Getting rid of ineffective managers in Director or above level saves more jobs.
I Director level = 3 support roles
1 Senior Director = 6 support roles
How many ineffective ex McKinsey or BcG consultants are you going to hire to VP level or more?
Start firing the ones who made the mess.
Stop firing the ones who clean it up.
