Im in payout state and they just lowered the ceiling of how much you can hold and still accrue. so they be cutting me a check 9/25

CA CO and one other state are payout. Otherwise it is a grant that goes poof
In CA it was paid out.
For 99.9% of the company - PTO is not a paid benefit. You don't get paid for unused PTO
