@1n wtf does "adjusting comps" mean? Like lowering salary? There is no way that happens. Lowering LTIs? Possible, although still probably not likely.

Yes. Layoffs are coming. The executive team retires with their loot and everyone else gets fu---d.
If they want to run everything like Marathon it only makes sense to keep laying off until numbers look good enough to be bought out just like Marathon!
Sad. When I was there we would go long Long periods of time without fear of layoffs. 5 plus years at a time. Now it seems yearly if not more. Good job JC3
