Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

July 26: Adjusted Possible working days should be 22 NOT 23 (Independence day)

The July total possible working days appear to be overstated. With Independence Day observed on 07/03/26, the total should be 22 working days; however, it is currently posted as 23. This discrepancy suggests that U.S. Bank may no longer be observing the country’s Independence Day.

The cool thing is that all this information is on the intranet. They observed it by giving you an extra My Holiday on 7/1. They did not shut down on a weekday for it. If you didn't come to work on a day and didn't log the PTO then be happy that you got a free extra day off.

You got them. Surely they will not care about RTO stats now.

If you did not take the floating holiday they gave you at the beginning of July for the 4th falling on a Saturday, then the 3rd counted as a working day. Holidays that fall on a Saturday=you can work on Friday or take the extra floating holiday they give you. Holiday falls on a Sunday=you have Monday off.
