you should have left dell already. the company is crumbling and the company only cares about how much the CEO makes. Michael Dell has not done one thing for it employees

@cy 4 years? What product road map are you looking at? The ones I have seen have multiple projects going at the same time and usually the same group of engineers working on multiple releases.
@c5 Really? The hundreds of engineers we have in ISG can't deliver a single feature in less than 4 years.
We need good engineers, not more engineers.
I would leave if I could find a better job. Years of trying. I can not quit. Can't afford to. Have to do more than one job to pay very high rent for a tiny place. Some of us just have no choice but to stay until the end.

Why are so many western companies being criticised by people trying to drag down morale? The ones posting hate at Dell: are they ex employees? Or paid to post and destabilise?
I don’t trust this forum anymore. There are real and genuine worries working for Dell and genuine layoff fears are now drowned out by people posting cr-p 3 times a day or more. Fear, lies and deceit. Beware of what you read here.
