@b9 10 years is ridiculously optimistic. 25-30 years is much more realistic for commercially viable, useful, quantum computers. But it's far from certain that it will EVER happen. CEOs talking about 3-5 year quantum roadmaps are just targeting uninformed investors.
Lightwell for free to all Universities in the US... Well, that won't sell anyways... so, that is why it is free! Why not Free for all IBM? lol!
