Okay, because there is really no such thing as a crystal ball that can tell you your future with Humana, I suggest you go over to the Centene Layoff site and read the many posts of from many frantic employees. This probably will be Humana in the next 6 months.

If our government officials are reading posts on this layoff site, you need to n-p this anti-American outsourcing that is taking Federal Government tax dollars and paying foreign workers that have access to Medicare member’s PII & PHI data.
If you don’t, we WILL vote you out. Not just vote Federal Government officials but also State and Local Government officials.
Problem is, people are too shell-shocked to accept the inevitable.
No, there is no such thing as "safety" where your job is concerned.
Yes, Humana appears to be in the process of outsourcing as much as possible, using unscrupulous foreign vendors with absolute shady practices and dubious (mis)handling Americans' PHI, where all heII is surely about to be loosed.
You're being sold down the river.
They don't care about you, and they don't care about the company, and they don't care about OUR COUNTRY.
They only care about themselves, and their golden parachutes.
They don't care that they are contributing to the USA's destruction from within.
They are here for it, and gleefully participating in it, while laughing in and dangling carrots in front of your face.
The writing is on the wall.
This place is imploding financially, and they're setting the table for it to be devoured.
Their end goal is probably to sell it off into pieces, but in the meantime, they'll be not hesitating at all to cut costs by replacing your job with outsourced d!mwits, contracted numbskulls, and AI. None of which will be successful, that's when they'll sell it all out entirely.
LOOK for another job NOW, or start your own business NOW.
This place (along with many other corporations worldwide) doesn't care about its own country's citizen employees, and has literally made a deal with the dev!l.
Save yourself.
Ask God to guide you.
You can get through this, but relying on evil entities to help or have mercy on you isn't the way. They're not going to do it. You have to look elsewhere. And you have to do it NOW.
@d4 Actually, I was sort of mixing sarcasm with kindness (depending on each individual person’s level of naivety) with that message.
You know, when you tell someone, “Eat, drink, be merry, for all is well and always will be!”
It is kind of like jinxing someone, although I don’t believe in superstition but do believe in divine intervention.
I do think this and all publicly traded health insurance corporations are in for a rude awakening some day. How long, perhaps years, that takes is anyone’s guess. But is best for employees to prepare and take any action that best suits their careers, like maybe looking for another job.

I assume no ERP this year. They sent out the email by this time last year. Could be RIF later in year. Same ole stuff it seems.
