Be sure to ask for a list of everyone terminated. They can’t give names but they must give age! Sc--w them
We went RTM in March, everybody that was a rep moved to RTM, and everybody thought they were safe. Now come October I know three RTM that will be let go, plus our RDR. Nobody is safe, and it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been with the company or how good you are. But they sure as he-l will keep all those sh-t MOW‘s.
Just let CAO write your orders until then and stay home and do nothing like the RVPs, RDRs, DMs and RMS! You’ll have time to apply for other jobs! 😂🤣
@OP I assume you were a sales rep who was terminated and reapplied for RTM position and didn't make it correct? How many on your team did/ didn't? And where are you located-
@cr Mondelez hates long term employees, so no surprise there. A big part of these changes is to get rid of tenured people like yourself.
I'm convinced if they could cut people, but not save any money, they'd still do it, just to put the fear in the peasants, and let them know who's the boss.
