As a result of all this bs and the way its been handled. I truely feel those of us left standing will be quite quitters as many of our teams were already understaffed and drowning in back logged work with NO expectations of receiving additional support only bs promises of relief never to come. I regret not taking the VSP option at least I could have started to heal from the decades of mental trauma this company has put me and others through.

Yes we can quietly quit, and I thought I did at one point at the beginning of this but as I did not take the VSP, work did not stop! I am not a quitter and I am ethical and I refuse to not do their job I was hired for !!!! Am I going above and beyond ?! No, but I am doing my job with grace until the end !!! Our members, not Centene, but our populations that need care depend on us !!! This is just a job to most but to me it is my calling and I will do my best to help these ppl so I can sleep better at night knowing I was able to help them
