What will happen to the contract in OK? This seems like a contract violation if key roles are leaving due to the VSP.

@a6 just because they were approved, it doesn’t mean that they will be leaving immediately. I was accepted and given an extended separation date due to “business needs” that nobody can seem to identify.
@a5 it seems like he's just anti-MCO more than anything. We were told most people who accepted the VSP in Oklahoma would be approved, which seems weird considering how small the plan is to begin with and the contract has so many required positions (mostly leadership positions). So is it just gonna be a bunch of leaders and no frontline staff??
Which contract roles are leaving? I think they just have to backfill with someone from the state based on my understanding of the contract. But tbh the % of Oklahoma staff is the least of our worries with Gentner Drummond’s anti-Medicaid witch hunt.
