With all the VSP's approved and separation dates staggered from early September 2026 to end of 2027, we will still possibly have involuntary layoffs occur in mid August 2026 to help the company save some money. Even though we can't be transparent enough to tell you for sure, please keep work hard and diligently to ensure our providers and members are extremely satisfied.

Don’t forget the 2027 wave of involuntary layoffs that are coming when you lose 40% of your membership and Cognizant takes over. Centene will be sold or merge with another company. Bank on it.
