Almost a year since I got cut and my life is better now. Is anyone actually enjoying it there still?

Things are GREAT!! I no longer work for that sh*tshow. Let the intellectually superior bosses try to figure out how to do this work...they can't.
Honeywell is amazing. You need to create your own journey. For everyone that says otherwise, you are selling yourself short. How can anyone work at a company they do not believe in? That is like dating someone you hate.
Everything in my department has been 100% better since they cut the dead weight a year ago.
The problem here. Honeywell still has a good reputation from its old days. People really don’t believe this stuff is taking place.
Unwell pays people to give good reviews on glass door. I’ve seen them promoting this type of behavior in my location.
They get bravo awards. Other strange benefits. Which usually results and promotions.
This is the shlttiest company of all time. I’m not a “mental health” person, but damn, mine got a helluva lot better after this he-l hole.
My question is how TF does HON have such a high Glassdoor rating, given all the stuff we see here (and knowing it’s all true)?
