The audacity for management to tell us we are going to be training a vendor to do our jobs and in August they’ll decide if they want to keep us or not.

Former Fidelis Care person here. According to someone who I still talk to from there, they had more employees apply for the VSP than anyone else in the company. But that's probably not useful information for you.

I feel like we got one to but a little confusing sounded like we would all be working with every population. Was also told more to come.
