Folks just look at how they have handled everything since June. The rhetoric they use, the moving of timelines, misleading information and that's not counting all the other shenanigans this company has pulled over last 3 to 5 yrs. They dont like us and it's obvious they wanted to see who was disgruntled here and to make themselves look better with investors. They have no intention of paying out all these VSP and understood that by doing this ppl would quit or be so mentally gone thst they start to struggle.

No corporation cares about their employees. They pretend they do, but they don’t. I don’t take this treatment personally. This is how greed works. I’ll move on to the next corporation and get the same treatment there too. Money talks and bullsh-t walks.
If this has cause undo stress and you pay for disability coverage or have disability insurance in the state you live in go to your doctor and determine whether you need to be put out on stress leave. That way your job is protected, you get paid and VSP is still there.

It’s pretty obvious at this point. When I joined Centene, I had no idea this would be the outcome as I’m sure no one else did either. Im currently interviewing with other companies but I can help but wonder how many other companies are doing the same to their employees? It would truly su-k to go from one sinking ship to another.
