@OP if fiddling and massaging the books is good going then drumming up a glowing employment report card should be no problem.

If you mention that you are unhappy, they will find out which teams are problematic and have some HR i*iotic improvement sessions set up. So I would not rely on the results that people are really happy. It makes more sense NOT to be sincere.

They needed something to patch up their bad rating on Wall Street.
They periodically come up with such "news" to support their stock price.
They started aggressively deleting negative reviews on Google Maps.
A massive indoctrination is underway in the company.
I understand their desperation, but you can't lie to everyone, especially your employees, and expect a good rating.
They needed some kind of trick, or deception, once again.

And once again they won't succeed. That's not how it's done.

@OP Totally agree, this is a sick joke. Who is Marty paying off? I am no longer at KD but I heard the morale inside is pretty dire.

@a7, a lot harder to do when the CEO chairs the board.

I spoke to my ex coll (KD one still) the other day and they wonder as how Marty can be in the position yet and hasn't been recalled by BOD after what all happened.
