Hiring freeze on the type of position I wanted to move into, toxic senior manager, increased workload as the positions in my team that were vacated due to toxic senior manager were not backfilled due to hiring freeze, had to fight tooth and nail to be able to use my tuition reimbursement for development classes that directly benefited my output. My toxic senior manager also having made an enemy of alot of people during her almost 40 years at hcsc, made it really hard to collaborate with other teams. and on top of all that I was severely underpaid.
Too heavy of a workload. I did not have time to be good at anything anymore. The focus on doing more with less ultimately means the customers are getting shorted somehow.

@OP toxicity & no opportunity to work in areas where I can flourish and make an impact. Passive-aggressive behavior. Money is nice but you want to work with supportive managers and coworkers.
