CDW used to be an A+ company. It valued its people and understood that its success came from experienced employess w/strong ties to customers... Now, the focus has shifted from people to $$$s. Employees feel replaceable, like #s, no longer valued. Old culture made us great but now is gone. If you've been around long enough you understand what I am saying.

How brave and courageous.
With leaders like that...we will turn things around as they lead the charge.
Just like Leahy won and kept all the money in her divorce.
The leaders below the top tier are also all-stars... just have Directors join sales calls to add value so we can charge higher margins.
CDW has the best directors as they employ people despite mangled limbs or minds. The company truly shows they don't discriminate.
That's what happens when you have a CEO that previously a Lawyer (General Counsel) for CDW. She knows jack cr-p about the business/industry and real transformation.
The surveys need to be reworded to catch the policy violators so that rumor control isn't skewing the facts. For example asking who on your team is the a&&h013? Which authority figures bring too much authenticity and too little professionalism and generally is causing more harm than good?
I liken it to a house I used to live in and now a squatter came in, took it over and it's no longer recognizable. The house still looks the same on the outside, but the family feeling is dead on the inside. It really used to be a truly amazing place to work.
