Humana, in case you haven’t figured it out yet, we do not like you.
If you would simply recognize those very bad middle level leaders in Associate Director and Director roles that pushed out some of us extremely good employees and fire those bad leaders, then maybe we would stop filing lawsuits against you, and stop bad mouthing you to the press and general public.
Get rid of those je-ks, those bad leaders, and we will relent. Make sure somehow it gets back to is when it is done. Thank you.
This sounds like a highly uninformed post. Because as an AD, I can assure you that we were not consulted ONE BIT in terms of who was let go and who was not. Further, most Directors weren't, either. Some of it had to do with performance reviews, but beyond that determinations were made a much higher (AVP and above) levels.
So not sure who the 'we' is that you're representing, but your blame is misplaced. Ask yourself, instead, whose job could be replaced with Indian contractors.

Hey Admin, stop deleting people’s posts. I think in the past you have typed a long list of reasons posts violate the forum rules. But I have seen a whole lot worse posts on the other Health Insurance layoff pages and those are not getting deleted.
Personally, I think you are looking for things that violate that are not really there. Meaning, you are hiding behind the rules simply because you do not like what is being said.
If you are going to be a forum admin, you really need to grow up and realize that there are going to be things said that you do not agree with. That is part of being in America is that there are two sides to every coin.
To everyone else, I submit an official vote of “No Confidence” in this forum admin and request a new impartial one.
