Does anyone know what the NDA will entail? Specifically wondering about social media.

Some common severance agreememts:
NDA says you won't disclose any confidential or proprietary information.
Non-disparagement clause says you won't talk bad about Centene, its leaders, or its subsidiaries.
Non-solicitation clause says you won't try to recruit Centene employees away.
Non-compete says you won't work for a company in the same industry and markets as Centene for a period of time.
Contrary to what another comment said, you can always whistleblow on illegal activity -- that's protected by federal law.
Any and ALL claims you may have had will be null and void once you sign.
No disparaging comments towards Centene or any of its subsidiaries are allowed even via social media (Basically through any medium you can communicate). You cannot whistleblow. You cannot talk to media. Nothing. Just walk away, or else.
Does the NDA protect against the fine print. For example, when everyone sees the tax implications.
Trying to enforce an NDA against rank and file or even low-mid level management is laughable. Who do the people running this company think they are? This buyout was literally reported in cnbc, yahoo, etc. Centene is a sh---y company to work for that treats irs employees badly and is in a financial mess. Not exactly classified info and to a large extent the damage has already been done.
I do not know the details of the NDA, but I truly do not have sh*t to say.
it's been quite the journey during my time here. I have had good times and bad times.
I have celebrated several birthdays, got engaged, got married, bought a house...
I know where I want to move in my career next, and unfortunately, the opportunity has yet to present itself here.
I can choose to carry the negative experiences with me (the last year and a half has been terrible), or I can be thankful this is coming to an end and be done with it.
