Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

Great Leaders Lead By Example

Silence should no longer be an option. Since "leadership" is ignoring the call to step down, it’s time to turn up the volume. Let’s keep this conversation front and center until they finally acknowledge the need for a change.

Great Leaders Lead By Example
Therefore, I expect Sarah to be the first to take the new Voluntary Separation Program. But we all know she won’t. She got totally outplayed by the Trump administration and now far too many are going to pay the price for her ineptitude.

@a4 I believe the OP is putting blame on Sara for the financial disaster we are in as she looks out the window in her mansion to see her private jet and we are worried about how to may for food.

@a2 the thing is when any business has less customers they have less employees… now, predicting the losses or not, the outcome is the same. Job cuts.

How would Sarah quitting solve anything? Leme guess- you want her job!? You think you could solve all the problems. You should definitely take the buy out and take your toxic negativity with you. Bye Falecia

@a1 Stop using the political landscape as an excuse for poor leadership. Executives are paid those massive salaries precisely to navigate complex environments and crises. If they can’t steer the ship through political shifts without immediately dumping the workforce, then they aren't 'victims' they’re failures. You don't get paid millions to collect a paycheck during the good years and play the victim when things get tough.

@a1 Sounds like the CEO and others were banking on Trump not being elected. Trump's platform basically was anti-ACA, and so many other cuts...always was!

CEOs are paid to predict when the music is going to stop, well the music has stopped...Centene leadership FAILED here!

Stop pretending they didn't think this could happen! It's ignorant!

Why would the CEO quit because a political movement gutted healthcare for the poor and working poor?
