Does anyone know who would be laid off from this restructuring the company is going to go through?

Just got an announcement that the SVP and CDO of BTS DnA is out effective today
I took a VSP at another company years ago and they told us that if they did not meet the number, they would go to layoffs. Best thing about that company is they offered at least 1 month severance for every year you were there.
So, if you don’t take the offer, there’s still a chance that you could or will get laid off. What’s absurd, is the fact that some VP’s are telling their teams, everyone is safe. How do they (VP) know this, as it sounds like the list will be curated once the folks that take the VSP are determined. If they’ve determined that they need to cut 10%, and only 2% take the VSP, that leaves 8% susceptible to being cut, especially if you’re working on duplicative efforts. Such craziness by some folks.
@OP According to one user on Reddit, they are anticipating 30% - 40% of their Workforce.
This affects everyone, all health plans.
Nobody knows. That list probably hasn't been made yet. Once the VSP timeline is over, that's when they'll start building the Excel sheet.
