He left already? I was wondering caught half of the town hall last week. He looked checked out at the end. Didnt even look at the camera.
It is funny how the board and other leaders seem to think that hiring a banker to be CEO of Fiserv was a good idea. We have seen this fail over and over at lower levels of the company. We have seen this at the CIO level in Fiserv and many other smaller bank/CU CIOs thinking they can work at Fiserv. Only to realize that Fiserv is not anything like a bank.
We also know that anyone coming out of JPMC is going to be horrible for the employees. It is like they forgot that taking care of the employees, takes care of the clients, which brings in $$. I am very sad to say this but I just wish the company would be split up or the Feds would come in and sell parts off. This company must be a compliance nightmare at this point.
@ab what makes you confident of that?
Takis will be Frank 2.0. You'll see.
WTF? Mike Lyons was brought in as a scapegoat for Frank's fraud. Frank hired Takis and made him pay off the MC months before he hired Mike. This was clearly a set up. Frank and Takis are friends from their JP Morgan days. For you to believe Mike was the problem means their scam worked. Mike was a victim. He was never fully in control. Even the new executive hires were mostly announced by Takis, most coming from JP.
Sapience, badge swipe reports, 5 days in office coming back to a Fiserv office near you
Lyons took the fall for Frank. It’s a s show and Lyons just confirmed it by leaving.
Well there goes another 7%
Fk Frank
Worst? No Frank was far worse. From an employee stand-point Lyons was more reasonable, undid Frank's draconian ways.
Frank milked Fiserv, inflated the value of the company so he could take the money and run under daddy Trump. He knew that he was throwing Mike under the bus. Mike took the fall for Frank, let's not forget that.
Stock price is not the only metric for success (I would say that appearing sane and sober on calls is a good metric too).
Will he take Dhivya with her?
I mean the stock lost all the money because Frank ran it into the ground. I think Mike saw what a sh-tshow it is and said "Im out"
Lyons was way better than Frank Serv. I’m not so sure about Takis
