My manager got let go today. They were the ONLY one on my small team to get RIF’d.
To add to what others have said.
It was a 15% financial target and at an SVP level they had to make the choice how to get there. Some went straight to 15% RIF, many tried to go for a smaller %age and find money elsewhere (SOWs, other spend)

Not sure company-wide, but approx. 10% in our group. Transformation under Caroline Armour.
I didn't ask when I got my rif this morning but it seems to be about 10-15% in our group
Sr. Director said it was a 15% cost reduction target for most groups. Some groups did a 15% RIF, and some groups reduced costs in other ways. Most of Finance went the RIF route.
