Nike always pays out PTO, as long as you’re in the states. Sabbatical is a no.
most states require it, but as far as I'm aware, Nike honors it everywhere, at least in the US
Yes, all your unpaid PTO will be paid in your last paycheck, if that is 3 months from now.
