I heard those who got laid off are the lucky ones, while PSP situation will be so dire the rest of us will actually have to pay to be here. Anyone hearing this too?

First off, a bonus is just that, a bonus and you shouldn’t plan on it an any given time. Second, it’s tone deaf AF to complain about your bonus, when people are ACTUALLY being affected, and third if you’re than unhappy, remember that you can leave at any time you’d like.
@f0 would say likely 25% too, half of last year, since the revenue was down yoy
It's going to be 0% or 25% PSP
I’ll just never forget JD going “but we have a chance to get 200% psp now! Even though the floor is now at 25%…”
Like I’m not stupid man, ain’t no chance anyone is sniffing 200%, it’s always going to be less than 125% with a higher chance of hitting 25%.
@dz this is classic! haha
PSP, Pepperoni Supreme Pizza
Ill take a pizza party instead of a psp
@av raises will likely be the same as last year. 2-3% on average with variations based on how your manager wants to dive up their meager budget
Any idea on what/if raises will be?? (For the normies of course….SLT and ELT will no doubt still be getting their millions.)
I would say whatever you got last year, half it
just a guess of course, but seems about right
Many years ago we got a check for $500 and that was our PSP. Our VP at the time (John something) said “be glad you are getting that”…. Well gee thanks.
Yes he was an a-hole.
Just listen to last month’s earnings call!
This is the worst financial growth I’ve seen in 20 years. Of course they won’t pay strong bonuses via PSP.
