Middle management RIFs in risk management are ongoing.
All they care about are numbers, the numbers a fake and do not show actual reality behind the company or their motives. All we heard in townhall were numbers this and that which add up to sh-t.
No, town hall for CM (or whatever the new name is) and everything is AMAZING
deja vu clueless not clinical strategy team cutting people then acting like there are good roles. new workflows wont work either. just flush the toilet.
So which IT areas will be affected?
Or departments in general?
It is very weird - they are letting great people go and then showing org charts with openings that the people they just let go could fill - and, would do great! So, spending money to recruit and losing experience and skill? Maybe to reduce salaries? It is so weird!
