@ag “the copilot” 🤣🤣🤣
@af smart growth, not growth for its own sake. we dont want a bunch of bottom of the barrel card customers who will default.
So only Barry moved to FL and our fearless leader didn’t???? I have hard to believe it
Wells Fargo needs to continue to hire more H1B.
BTW the 1/4 zip under sport coat is the measure of a true unwashed 4hole
DF didn't mention that he is dragging us in 4 days a week. He probably doesn't want to look like he is contradicting Schart on the RTO policy
What’s up with Copilot promotion?
What is it about “ we want to grow but we don’t have to grow”? Why did we work for 8 years to remove all those orders? Wasn’t the message to get out under those orders and grow the bank and our business?
What is going on or what’s are they trying to say without saying it?
Word of the day = volatility
Why is he so breathless on stage? Did he just run a marathon?
@a8 I think so and he’s so nervous it is uncomfortable!
He's a terrible public speaker
I can’t stand DF; he’s ruining the company culture
Thank you for your hard work, I am deeply appreciative, and now you're fired.
Is Derik selling/ promoting risk services to upper management to save it?
DF has been here for over 30 years. Maybe he could retire and help Mrs. F with the culture at home and quite torturing and terrorizing the rest of us
Derek sounds like he just got off the Sopranos set.
Mike looks tan and well compensated.
I was actually thinking about joining this call, but I am triple-booked with the work calls management has decided we need to be on in order to be more productive.
Not even listening to that dog and pony.
Got better things to do.
I want leadership to be up front about how many layoffs we can expect in 2026 and which departments are going to be affected. I love my job but hate coming to work with a knot in my stomach wondering if it’s my turn to be laid off. I know it’s not a good way to live, but I enjoy my job and would like some stability as I’m a planner and would like to know if I should start looking for a new job.
