Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

COMPANYWIDE TOWN HALL

Here is the thread for today’s WF town hall. This is the place for employees to air their concerns and talk about the elephant in the room, real issues we as employees are facing and none of this amateurish soft ball questions nonsense!

DF didn't mention that he is dragging us in 4 days a week. He probably doesn't want to look like he is contradicting Schart on the RTO policy

What is it about “ we want to grow but we don’t have to grow”? Why did we work for 8 years to remove all those orders? Wasn’t the message to get out under those orders and grow the bank and our business?
What is going on or what’s are they trying to say without saying it?

DF has been here for over 30 years. Maybe he could retire and help Mrs. F with the culture at home and quite torturing and terrorizing the rest of us

I want leadership to be up front about how many layoffs we can expect in 2026 and which departments are going to be affected. I love my job but hate coming to work with a knot in my stomach wondering if it’s my turn to be laid off. I know it’s not a good way to live, but I enjoy my job and would like some stability as I’m a planner and would like to know if I should start looking for a new job.
