I'm hearing some chatter about re-org in March. Specifically, I am hearing March 23rd being thrown around. No mention of layoffs but usually re-org is synonymous with layoffs. Has anyone heard anything or have anything to share. The is for STS/CET.

Hearing central architecture team and CTO org is in a scanner for no real traction on AI related delivery. They clowned around with cloud same way but board is looking for results. Wouldn't be surprised if there is a reorg in this area.
I was told that there will be a reorg within STS/GBTS mid/end of month.
some orgs will start on 3/16 and there will definitely be layoffs in some areas
Yeah but not hearing about any related layoffs for it
When isn't Dell in re-org mode. I've had five different managers in the last 18 months, usually with some kind of re-org involved.
