If you get the emails with updates in your ERG you’ll notice the one that went out tonight is about “dealing with changes.”
The same as the learning and performance piece they put out last time they did big layoffs.

The bigger question is how many?
I have heard each business will lose up 20% of its staffing. Thats alot of us. Almost the size of august 2024. I was let go, d-mb enough to come back minths later and now fear being let go again. I cant take the stress anymore. I can tell you this, I am not signing anything this time.
Who wants to see the list of names?
