I got a dollar, finally making over 22/hr. Now I just have to avoid layoffs in March lol.
I received an increase that is lower than what you stated while also being evaluated on using inaccurate performance data that negatively affects your overall rating (despite having documentation that supports the correct figures). Meanwhile, another employee with documented quality issues, attendance concerns, and performance errors receives a larger raise, yet both evaluations reflect the same ranking. At this stage, performance reviews feel procedural rather than merit-based. Given the current direction of the department, it seems more like a matter of time before position eliminations occur.
