No raises and all the new hires are making more than those who have been here for years.
@ya Not entirely true, my team is all hourly and no one is getting a raise except for those who did not meet the AIP requirement.
Only hourly associates received raises. Salaried associates eligible for AIP did not receive a raise this year.
No raise this year just more work, more stress, and more condescending remarks from RM to be expected.
