I received notice Wednesday morning that my position was eliminated, it is now Friday night and I have not heard from HR regarding what next steps are. Anyone else in this situation?????

@ac it’s legit and actually helpful. Some will feel remedial- but that remedial information is more important now than ever. When I was laid off I wish I would have downloaded the courses and paid closer attention
I was impacted last June and I got an email the same day but it came from a random person in HR.
LHH is a group that helps with resumes, interviewing, etc. the email is legit.

Nothing from HR yet but I did get a welcome email from LHH career services, saying it’s a partner with USAA for those affected employees. Is it legit??? I don’t know because no one has contacted me about anything. Oh . . . I did get a box emailed to me of my personal stuff.
@a9 they can log on to go onto one source, but no acccess to receive email. I was impacted Thursday morning, sent 3 emails out and no response.
I’m so sorry that this has happened to every single impacted employee. I have been there twice before.
Do you still have access to your work email? Just wondering because I have sent an email to an impacted colleague to let him know about a job opportunity available on our team and did not know if he had access to his email still or not.
@OP I did end up getting my email finally today.
Same here, I was impacted Wednesday at 5pm! They got a full days work out of me, and no, no email from Employee Relations about my package as of yet. I even told the ED it was jacked up to wait until the very end of the day to tell me, he just shrugged and said “sorry.”
While we’re on that, he joined USAA almost 14 months ago, who do you think helped onboard him, me! Who do you think had to explain RCSA to him, me! Who do you think gave him a crash course on issue management so he didn’t look d_mb in meetings, me! Yet I’m the one getting the notice.
