I'm trying to work remotely today and the WiFi says no connections available when in fact there are many available connections. For example, My cellphone is connect to the WiFi and I can see all of the WiFi connections from my phone. This happened to me last Thursday as well and when I went to the office it worked. Did the company decide to shut down WiFi and force employees to go to the office by shutting down the WiFi?

@OP This post wins the internet for the year!!!
Update,
WiFi driver was outdated. After support updated the drivers, it started working as expected. One thing I I don’t underwent, why do we keep getting these defective refurbished PCs and not new ones? Is the company that broke?
@OP SAD. You need to go to hardware store and buy a can of WiFi. Should be less than $ 10. Thank you for calling Verizon.
How did you manage to get a job at a telecommunication company, you seem beyond clueless.
@OP I will say it again and again. Need a lot more cuts
How do you lack the technical skill set for some basic computer troubleshooting yet work for a telco @OP
LOL as just to much to believe. VZ support staff!!
And I'm the one who got RIFed...
This is beyond the most sophisticated conspiracy theories of all time
I can’t believe they got rid of me instead of you. I hope op is a troll.
OP I hope your scope of work at Verizon has nothing to do with tech......or maybe you are just trolling...I hope is the latter....what a stupxx comment
Man, how the heck can the company turn off "your" wifi. Maybe cell service or internet if you didn't pay, but wifi. Da*m how are you employed by a telecom/tech company!

You think this is tech support?
Reboot your router
You...you shouldn't be near technology.
