Amazon - unlikely to buy such company just to serve own needs and loose other customers + I cannot imagine this structure under amazon heavy pressure on cost saving.
TREW - they already bought at least one former Intelligrated site and they basically make the same stuff
Vanderlande - a lot of cooperation already on projects, might make some sense as they are big enough to buy Intelligrated
Symbotic - again some cooperation already, but smaller, they are expanding now into EU
Fortna - another of smaller potential buyers
@11w yeah THL has wanted Intelligrated for years. Now prob got a bargain. Question has always been, will it merge with Fortna. And the now question now is PSS included. Would Make sense to include but execs are saying separate sales. Is that what you hear.

I assume IGS and PSS (with connected logistics) are one entity for this Sale? Wasn’t clear from the announcement if IGS is part of same sale.
