@ba CommBanking- Exceeds - No Raise; No Bonus increase. In the wrong location!!!
What does IM mean?
@b8 what the bonus and rise like this year?
I wish I qualify for a bonus, but as an hourly employee, well, you know the rest…
@b6 I have a peer who is. What do you wanna know
COO P3, P2 last year
Under 2% raise
Bonus same as previous, 12k
Anyone have any info for senior business execution consultant? It’s my managers first year and we haven’t heard
Tech (CyberSec) | non-hub remote | Meets | Pay increase less than 2% | Bonus +1k from last year so $19k
In BCM for CIB, no raise and will be getting out as well once check is in. This org is the most messed up I’ve ever worked in.
Got an IM no raise no bonus. Please let the layoff god smile on me next week.
Commercial banking/ supply chain
below 2.7% raise, Bonus lower than last yr. Core site not a hub location.
@az Make sure you are investing in Mag7 stocks. You can make much more in the stock market than salary.
So if you get a $5 raise instead of a $10 raise, you do not feel disheartened because you just made 100k in Mag7.
In CIB risk- meets with promotion p5, 7% raise, bonus was 75% of base. 75% of bonus is cash and the rest is RSRs. Will be quitting this bullsh-t job 2/17.
WIM OPs - data analyst - Exceeds. 3.5% merit, $7,500 bonus. My supervisor put in the request for promotion for me (unless he's lying to me) but promotion was denied. I'm working beyond my capacity and am just exhausted. My wife and kid are sick (I know everyone is struggling right now) but this just about breaks me. Idk how I'm going to afford medicine. And I work with so many incompetent leaders, its just demoralizing to see people making $200k+ each year while providing no value. Gotta get my resume ready i guess, but the job market doesn't sound very good either.
I wonder what the board gives Shart after doing this to the rank and file.
Same bonus as last year. No raise
Same as @as except I got IM.
I was told the 0% merit was because of the IM. With inflation it's a 3% pay drop.
@as prepare for layoff
Teach 3% 45k Exceeds
Currently in tech, have been here 20+ years. Got meets on review like always.
0% raise for the first time ever, bonus down 25% from last year
@OP Everyone. What was the tag line for the COMP discussion. What did your manager say was the rationale for pretty much no increases and small cost of living merit if any.
Does anyone know if the no raise past midpoint is all LOBs?
@a9 same here no raise, small increase in bonus - just above midpoint in the range for my role
Tech: high 40's bonus, just under 2% merit.
@af Yeah, you got sc--wed.
CLT FIN 13k 3%
Tech | Meets | +1K bonus | 2.6% raise
I have to be the only P5 in the company whose bonus is under $20k with never having a bad review.
Where can you see midpoint range for job titles?
@aa inflation is around 3% now
BCM, no raise and bonus only at about 70% of what I was told target was when I was hired. Meets
With inflation everyone should get minimum 4-5% raise.
Corp Risk- RMG.
Meets, no raise, 1k increase in bonus .
Was told no one above midpoint got a raise. I am barely above midpoint for my title.
Did anyone not get a bonus with meets?
15k bonus with no raise
Bonus was up $1,000 from last year, raise was same $ amount, slightly lower %.
Each group is going to hear something different and there will be some BS’rs on this forum. What to expect. Flat bonus unless you are way under or way over. 0-4% depending on where you are in the range and rating.
Bottom line - don’t expect much more or less than last year
Please include your LOB when responding!
@a3 your manager will reach out to you. Doesn't get loaded into Workday for a couple more weeks
is everyone hearing this from meetings or is it somewhere on workday?
