JDI is back, and the wellness week was actually a cost savings in disguise, did you know they stopped the 401k bonus in lieu of wellness week. That coupled with not paying ETW's and putting the food services on break, it accounted for a big savings and also gave employees bragging rights, it was a no brainer win win
so now, wellness week is gone, but the 401k bonus is still a big zero, that is real bummer. I couldn't really care less about an extra week off, have tons of pto, so really, meh, rather have the 401k bump
also, just do your job, everyone does the minimal, that's all they want, the system is setup to do the minimal and move on, so enjoy the ride and get off when the train hits wall street top on $52 ave

Those of you planning your exits — are you all in Tech, or other parts of the business? This board has been tech-heavy. Sentiment can vary so much from team to team at this place depending on the leadership. I had the dream leaders and co-workers for a long time and absolutely loved my job, but it’s gotten progressively worse after each reorg. Considering internal moves or exit strategy. Are there any groups where the vibe is still good?

I mean you can make this happen today and free up room for someone who wants to work there or help prevent a future layoff of someone who needs the job.
