what is going on with ATT prepaid/cricket. A lot of upper management in corporate have been leaving in the last few months. Top positions…. Why and are we expecting to see layoffs on the ATT prepaid/cricket channel

Buzzards are circling. Just another area of the business where we are being crushed by Verizon and T-mobile. Wasting billions on human employees selling a product that is inferior, more expensive, and marketed completely online with no human interaction required by our competition. I challenge anyone to try all three customer experiences and service quality. It is not close. Dallas still thinks this is Glengarry Glen Ross, when it is really a fully online contactless commodity business.
T bought Cricket and did what starbucks did to Teavana
One problem might be this:
I WORK for AT&T and didn't even know Cricket still exists until recently. I drove by an empty Cricket store on my town's Main St.
Does it have customers? Do potential new customers know it exists?
