Asking for sincere honest responses. What do you think your chances are that you, personally, will be laid off? I’m guessing mine are at least 70/30 I’ll be cut. That’s based on my organization, my age, my salary.

No idea. Band 6. Early 30s. EVP out. SVP (unconfirmed) out. VZ nearly my whole career in multiple orgs (by choice). Have used tuition assistance. Been in pre leader academy. Im sure im on the lower third of the rest of my vp group compensation wise. Adaptable employee. Not surprised either way
Wouldn’t be the first time God laughed when I made plans….
So many of my leaders (3 in total) have been axed this week so I’m not confident one bit. Waiting to see how Monday goes with AVP & SD.

50/50 although I was told I was safe.
I have no idea. If it happens or not, it's not in my control.
But what is in my control is mapping out my finances if it does happen and getting my resume up to date this weekend.
My entire team was given a speech like we were sinking on the titanic from our manager. I'd assume 50/50 for our entire group
I'm 50/50 but there's only a 10% chance of that happening
Band 6. 50/50 Critical role, my team 5/95 to be disbanded and who knows where or if I land. New boss may put my role on an existing team member to save their job. If I had a way keep my team members I would. Cold but true.
10/90 safe this time. Band 6. Mid 40s middle of pay band. Also business critical. However, not sure about 2026, 33/66. Definitely 66/33 after that but depends on several factors. Told family to get our finances together. No new car, minimal vacations, pay down debt, etc.
I'm not really concerned one way or another. I like my job and would prefer to keep it. I am located in Irving and not too concerned about finding another job.

What band are you? I’m less than a year into being band 6 so my salary is on the lower side. Being new to role and having a lower salary hopefully helps my chances but we will see.
Unfortunately, I'm too new to have a good feel for it. That newness, plus my age, makes me feel like my odds are a coin toss, if I'm lucky
