As I mentioned Value CMO(VP) is gone as of yesterday. All moved to DK or KL. Very odd.

Value and the entire organization under Nan-see is a trainwreck. Bleeding customers. 5 hour wait times. Clueless leaders. They got it all !

How can Value keep cycling through CMOs every few months? It’s a glaring symptom of a toxic culture. Anyone with real talent has either already jumped ship or is actively plotting their exit

She can joint the sudden disappearance of the VP of value cx who departed suddenly a few weeks ago. Like her, still showing on org chart but all the teams are reporting up to Lain
