How is the payment replatforming going? Is it still a mess with US folks getting axed by Rama?

@ey not the first time and I am sure won’t be the last. All of the original documents for my application where lost in some share point clean up a few years ago - all that is left is what I saved to my own folders. Believe me we have had to refer to my documents dozens of times.

I’ve heard Rama’s team is having a hard time getting clear answers from the remaining U.S. tech folks. The real issue seems to be that the legacy payment systems are poorly documented, and many of the individual contributors who actually built and maintained them were already laid off. Now they’re trying to replatform without the people who knew how everything fit together. Makes you wonder if they let go of the wrong group—maybe management should’ve been trimmed instead of the hands-on contributors who kept things running.
