@cv SFAB had a cluster timeline update meeting today. Most fab folks are offered severance when work stops March ‘26. No RIF that I have heard of at either site other than closure (I’m at SFAB)
@ct Basically means as long as you are in good standing (performance) and haven’t voluntarily quit before December 31, you will receive profit sharing for the 2025 year

6+ people laid off from my circle of EP design/validation.
What happens to our outstanding stock options which are already vested but not yet exercised? What about the Restricted Stock Not yet vested?
In Lehi they had high level leadership rank their teams top to bottom. Some really talented but less visible team members were unfairly ranked and let go. No review by lower management meant no one to correct this. There was a target number to let go. HR used the ranking then traded people around to make sure it appeared equal across demographics so they could not be sued.
15 laid off from APP-DB, Cary & Manchester sites shut down and everyone laid off from there.

@bs Only requires a warn notification if they don't give at least 60 day notice. It's why they give everyone being laid off 60 days of pay. "Legal" loophole.

How are they reasoning these layoffs? AI or cost reduction ? I thought TI was doing decently. What goes on the leader’s mind!!!
I'm under quality and they let me go on Wednesday, did anyone under quality get hit?
Has any one informed media about the layoffs? Seems they are reducing jobs here and hiring overseas. Why is it not showing on the Warn Database?
