@ba They get 60 days base pay, health insurance with in the 60 days, time bank payout and I'm not for sure but I heard they still get profit sharing.

@ax I don’t think so. It looks like both the LFAB HR reps are gone today.
Right. It’s not specifically targeting BUs. It’s closing sites with BU teams getting caught in the crossfire.

One person on my team in the marketing department has been laid off.
I heard sc managers got asked to step down to engr role. Dfab giving some engrs till dec to find internal non mfg roles.

Cary Site shutting down, lost a ton of team members today so far including some from Dallas. Removing 35+ years of experience combined in one morning

Fear has gripped the fab floor, little work getting done as the minutes hand moves to 12! A little transparency would have gone a long way. It is unconscionable that leadership could happily take CHIPS Act taxpayer dollars and large local utility advantages while doing these stealth cuts and moving jobs abroad. Have a nice day!

Several BUs are F U C K’d with NH closing. Whole test teams gone right in the most vital stages leading up to RTM. No way to meet customer commit dates on several major projects.
@a4 That is what I am hearing. Sounds like they are giving some a quarter or two before termination... part of the 'avoid reporting criteria' tactic?
@a8 this is exactly why you dont fill out GFTA, you created a database that helps other's fix issues. Now they can hire people at a lower rate and they can utilize the GFTA database to repair tools. Those who contributed to the database, created their own downfall.
