Sears bankruptcy 2015
Sears is marching towards bankruptcy, I predict we'll collapse sometimes in 2015. Once we declare a BK, we will reorg and downsize as much as we can to cut costs. Sears will fight to survive, I think it's too late to help us.

If you are in California you can look at the Regional and District Managers and understand why the stores are failing. They don't care about the managers or employees and it crushes the moral and loyalty that Kmart once had in it's employees.
