I work part time in club pickup with a limited availability. With the new block scheduling being implemented and All of the early shifts supposed to be helping in club pick up, Am I at risk of losing my job?

How many of you are aware that as of April 27 the rate t which you accrue PTO is changing?? It now takes more time to earn an hour of PTO. If your club has not posted it yet like our club did then ask a manager.

The head of HR is a lady named Benita. If you type in Benita on your email contact it should bring her email up and you can address your concerns with her .. It will not do any good though. But you can still let your voice and concerns be heard.

It appears they are revaluating the fresh team lead block scheduling. Too many produce and prepared leads are not accepting the schedule offered. If more do the same it might actually get changed.

So why can a fresh associate (bakery dept) have every Sunday off even though that is considered a busy day but a freeze cooler/deli associate are told they had to be here EVERY Friday, Saturday and Sunday. How fair is that?
