Marketing will not be offered a severance, they will flow to the desk or cashier.
They already stopped giving severance. No severance for the jewelry lead and no severance for the comp shopper, all they are doing now is taking from the associates and not offering anything. New rate changed for earning PTO at the end of April and we are halfway through May and I just found out about it. Pretty much took our bonuses away by the time everything is deducted .
I don't think there will be any more severance. Once they get "rid" of marketing, they will move them to the desk or floaters.
