So tired of all the BS. You ask a question to ANY manager about the changes and all we get is " I DON'T KNOW". We have some of the most useless managers in our club who only think of their selves.. We have leads and associates who steel company time over and over and everyone sees it but does nothing about it. We have 2 managers who does absolutely nothing but set in their office. Hell,they even have a refrigerator and microwave in the office, but yet made receiving get rid of the coffee pot in the truckers lounge.All day all we hear is them barking orders about pluses,upgrades and credits..They walk around on their cell phones talking to family or friends but will coach associates if we pull our phone out just to check the time. Why doesn't H.O.weed them out instead of handing the hard working associates the blunt end of the deal.The only time you see them on the floor , in a panic mode is when the big wigs are in town.I think I will make some phone calls and report some of the unethical things like name calling by a manager to H.O. So many law suits could be filed in our club. Its pathetic.

Managers seem extra useless because we don't have PTC's any more doing their jobs for them! And let's not forget the secret code words for when Corporate or Regional comes in the Club. Stupid because by that time, it's too late to act like the backroom and freezer are in excellent shape. Funny how company won't even look in those areas because they know they are a disaster!
Sounds like my club also. They never want to come down from the office to help a member when asked. We get can I call you or find a lead to help you. What's up with the management? HO needs to visit every club secretly to visit these managers to see what they really do all day. This is no joke.

The managers know nothing, 3 weeks of asking someone to MTR my hours that I worked at another club.. they just kept passing it off to other people that had no clue. My stupidity for trying to save you payroll. I asked 3x for the copy of the sheet so I can fill it in for them. They have no sense of team work or a clue on how to do basic stuff I learned 10 years ago.
Vhk. You are so right. They do the same thing at our club. As soon as they hear "the eagle has landed " managers come out if the woodwork. They act all big headed like they got their sh-t under control. And not once give any credit to the associates who actually saved their a$$es.. They walk with the MM with a sh-t eaten grin on their faces like if it weren't for them nothing would get done.
This is so true. The only time the door person gets a walkie is when big wigs come. Cedric came a few weeks ago and the cart guys were on the lookout to radio in when they got there. It's freakin ridiculous and funny at the same time too watch them scuttling around. HO should put secret cameras in to watch them or don't say anything about visits. If your doing your job you shouldn't worry.

Plus,they seem to take a weeks vacation every month. We ask for time off and we get a lecture about how short handed the club is going to be or that there is no one to cover your area.
