I’ve heard from colleagues affected that severance was only 8 weeks. Very different from 2020 layoffs. They had been here for 4+ years. All on base not ote.

I can confirm 100% to layoffs for AEs at Slack and Mulesoft, and I've heard of some in FINS (financial services). Mostly underachievers (for now)...

Do you have the info? Can you guess? Why?

Performance issues are mentioned as the main criterion for these layoffs, but I am extremely anxious even though I have a good performance simply because I no longer trust this company.
